Artist of the Month
Darryl Andrew Ward
Darryl Andrew Ward was selected as the 2018
Artist of the Month. This annual Black History
Month program recognizes African American
artists. During the program, artists speak to the
audience about their work, which remains on
display at the library. The event was co-sponosored
by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the New
Bern-Craven County Public Library, Friends of the
Library, and Twin Rivers Artists Association.
